Ear seeds are created from small vaccaria seeds that are used as pellets in auriculotherapy or ear acupuncture and are affixed using adhesive tape.

Small black seeds from the vaccaria plant are secured on the ear with a piece of adhesive tape over specific acupressure points. The continuous mild pressure they exert is amplified by stimulating the seed with a few seconds of fingertip massage every few hours.

The ear seeds come with strong adhesive tape and can last awhile. Due to sweating and showering we recommend to replace them after 3-5 days and give the ear points a break for at least a few hours to let the skin reinvigorate as to not become insensitive from constant pressure.
